Morris Plains, NJ.  This homeowner wanted to update his windows with new vinyl replacement windows.  This job was done utilizing a full frame installation method requiring new exterior and interior trim.  The bedrooms were all converted to have Egress windows for fire safety.  To achieve this in a limited space we used casement windows that look like double-hungs…simulated double-hung windows.  We used Sunrise Restorations on this project.   The windows feature an attached exterior brickmould and simulated divided lite grilles for an authentic colonial look.
