Project Description

Mountain Lakes, NJ.   Porch makeover on old historic home.  We removed old steel casements with single pane glass and installed energy efficient Sunrise vinyl windows.  The old windows were removed and the openings were rebuilt and prepped with flashing.   The exterior trim used is a solid PVC product that looks and cuts like wood but never rots.  All new interior trim was installed to complete the project.
